Harvezt Freeze-Dried started as a family adventure right here in Florida. What began as curiosity about freeze-drying quickly became a passion for creating unique snacks that are both delicious and different.

Today, we specialize in small-batch freeze-dried products made in our Florida cottage kitchen. While many freeze-dried companies focus on candy and sweets, we love creating savory favorites like our best-selling Cheesy Onion Chips, Tomato Poppers, and Pickled Beets, along with a variety of fruit snacks our customers enjoy.

You'll find us most weekends meeting customers face-to-face at local farmers markets, sharing samples, introducing new products, and hearing firsthand what flavors people would like us to create next.

Every bag is prepared, packaged, and labeled by us with the same care we'd use for our own family.
